The Covid - 19 crisis has necessitated several changes in HFHWRA policies. These changes will only be temporary and reflect our dedication to staff and customer safety. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to resume our normal operations in the near future.
Cleaning: Our stores have improved our cleaning frequency and processes. We have also provided hand sanitizer at the check out counter, donation kiosk, bathroom, cart corrals, etc. We are updating our HVAC to include UV light and improved filtration. We strongly encourage masks and have extras available if you do not have one. Staff will be wearing a mask and or a face shield to comply with the state mask mandate.
New Store Hours for Donations and Shopping: Tuesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Self Checkout: We have implemented a self checkout option at both of our locations. If any assistance is needed staff will be available to assist you with any questions.
Social Distancing: We ask customers to practice social distancing and strongly encourage the usage of a face covering.
Donation Pickups: We have resumed donation pickups, but with a limited capacity.
Curb Side Pickup: We have implemented a curbside pickup option. This includes an online shopping experience complete with credit card processing.
